Maricopa County residents; pit bull, Chihuahua and mixed-breed dogs and cats only (no purebreds, no flat-faced breeds); pets 2 lb and up, 4 months to 8 years; 2 pets per household per 12 months. Includes surgery, vaccines and post-surgery pain medication. All dogs and female cats need a fitted cone or recovery suit: bring your own or pay $15 + tax for a cone at check-in. Pets 5+ need bloodwork ($99) and IV fluids ($55). By appointment: text 623-226-8233.
